Still Life
Traditionally, the subjects of this genre of painting come from reality, but I find fun going one step beyond to create an imaginative still life. Though sometimes I use actual models, the mix between reality and imagination brings endless possibilities to create unique compositions. Using acrylics either on canvas or paper, I can explore different color schemes with subtle tone variations to get a layered result.
